All your sales channels in one order pool
You manage marketplace, website, store and B2B orders from a single hub. Even at high volume, every order is processed by the same rules.
Every order closes in six steps
Whatever channel it comes from, every order is processed with the same discipline: the rule runs, the source is selected, every step is logged.
Order arrives
Domestic and global marketplace, web, store, B2B — whatever the channel, it's in a single pool.
single poolRule runs
Channel priority and stock allocation rules run. The system decides how much stock is allocated to which channel.
channel prioritySource is selected
The order is assigned to where the stock is: central warehouse, store, fulfillment center or 3PL.
smart assignmentSplit & merge
The order is split or merged per the rule; partial shipments are managed automatically.
split · mergeFulfillment
The WMS picking order drops right after the fulfillment decision; ship-from-store and click & collect flows run at the store.
event-basedClosing
The invoicing process is completed and shipment tracking is sent to the customer. Cancellations and returns are handled consistently at every stage.

The same order flow speed in peak periods
HaROS OMS processes more than 40 million orders a year in live operations. The queue-based architecture handles the load on campaign days too.
The warehouse sees the order the moment it drops. Event-based architecture makes this possible.

AI suggests, you approve: the product fits every marketplace's category tree
Your product's category and attributes are mapped to each marketplace's own category tree. Comnous AI suggests the mapping and shows any missing required field upfront. Once you approve, the product goes to the channel with the right schema.
Product and category names in the diagram are illustrative. For managing product data from a single source: HaROS PIM.
Run repetitive work in bulk, track the suggestion
You run repetitive channel tasks, such as sending tracking numbers, from bulk-action screens. You track Comnous AI's mapping suggestions on a separate screen with confidence and applied status.
Bulk-action screens
Repetitive channel operations, such as sending tracking numbers, are executed in bulk on the selected orders.
per-channel bulk actionsAI suggestion tracking
Category and attribute mapping suggestions are tracked in a separate screen along with confidence and applied status (suggested / applied).
suggestion · confidence · statusFrom order to collection: settlement and reconciliation
You compare your sales channels' settlement records and bank transactions per channel on the same screen. While operations tracks the order, the finance team checks the collection for the same order.
Settlement records — marketplace settlement records, commissions and related financial line items are reviewed per channel.
Payment group matching — bank transactions are matched to the related payment groups.
Expected / received / difference — expected and received amounts are compared, and any difference becomes visible.
Match-status tracking — each record's status (matched / under review / discrepancy) is tracked.
| Channel | Expected | Received | Difference | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Channel A | 128,400 ₺ | 126,850 ₺ | -1,550 ₺ | under review |
| Channel B | 94,200 ₺ | 94,200 ₺ | 0 ₺ | matched |
| Channel C | 61,750 ₺ | 58,950 ₺ | -2,800 ₺ | discrepancy |

Put the reality of your operation into rules
HaROS OMS models your channels, fulfillment points and rules as they are. The system makes routine decisions, your team handles exceptions.
Keep high-volume orders under control
HaROS OMS lets you manage your B2B and B2C orders with the same order, even at high volume.
Centralized management from a single panel
List marketplace, website and store orders on a single screen. Find what you are looking for quickly with advanced filters.
Live stock synchronization
Stock is updated across all channels the moment an order comes in. The risk of selling out-of-stock items is minimal.
Automatic status and customer notifications
Order status is passed to your sales channels instantly. Customers get automatic emails, so fewer questions reach your support team.
Manage returns and cancellations from one screen
Cancellation and return requests come in from marketplaces automatically. You approve and manage the entire return process from a single screen.
100+ ready-made integrations
Exchange data with your ERP, e-commerce platform, shipping carriers, 3PL partners and invoicing system without an extra integrator.
Rules, channels and lifecycle
The system makes the decisions, the store is also a fulfillment point, and cancellation never corrupts data at any stage.
The system makes the decisions
Channel priority, stock allocation and source selection are bound to rules. Your team handles exceptions.
The store is a warehouse too
Click & collect and ship-from-store come ready. If a marketplace order isn't in the warehouse, it is fulfilled from store stock.
Cancellation doesn't corrupt data
Whether the cancellation comes during picking, packing or after invoicing, it is handled consistently. The product returns to stock on record.
PIM, OMS and WMS work on the same core
The modules work alone or together. PIM feeds product data, OMS manages the order, WMS carries it out in the field. Stock and status flow back: one stock, one panel.

Do we need to replace our existing ERP?
No. HaROS OMS works two-way with your existing ERP. There are ready-made connections for 12 ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Logo, Nebim and Mikro. Order, stock and invoice data flow instantly.
Who tracks marketplace API changes?
We do. The HaROS team monitors API changes from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and other channels and updates the integration. No extra work falls on you.
What happens if the customer cancels while the order is being picked?
It is handled according to the stage the process is in. If not yet picked, the task is updated. If already picked, the product returns to its stock location on record. If already invoiced, the order moves to "Invoice Cancelled" status and enters the return process.
Are click & collect and ship-from-store ready?
Yes. Your stores are defined in the system as fulfillment points. Order splitting, in-store pickup and ship-from-store flows come ready.
Up to how many orders does it scale?
There is no fixed upper limit in the software. The queue-based architecture scales automatically with load. HaROS processes 120,000+ orders a day today and reaches 40,000 orders per hour in peak periods.
Manage your orders from a single hub
As your channels multiply, your operation stays in one place. You go live step by step while your ERP keeps running.
