Base your wholesale commitment on real stock
In B2B, the costliest mistake is a date given by sales that the warehouse cannot meet. On every dealer order, HaROS calculates physical stock, reservations and goods in transit together. The commitment is given, approved, prepared, invoiced and delivered, all in a single flow.
Let the commitment come from stock, not from sales
The well-known B2B problem: the sales team gives a date and the warehouse cannot deliver on it. The HaROS ATP (Available to Promise) engine calculates physical stock, reservations and expected receipts on every order. The dealer gets a realistic delivery commitment at order time.
Instant ATP calculation
Physical stock − reserved orders + expected receipts = quantity that can be promised. The calculation is made at order time and is not an estimate.
incl. reservationsPartial commitment and alternative date
If stock does not cover the whole order, the system commits the available part and suggests a delivery date for the rest based on expected receipts. The dealer is never left in uncertainty.
flexible commitmentApproval flow
An order with a commitment enters the approval queue. The dealer's limit, price list and approval authority are checked on the platform.
approval queueDealer-level price and campaign
Price lists, volume discounts and campaign rules are defined per dealer. There is no gap between quote and invoice.
per-dealer priceInstant reservation
An approved order reserves stock immediately. The same lot cannot be promised to two different dealers.
instant reservationPromise and delivery report
The commitment given is compared with actual delivery per dealer. Delays, partial deliveries and cancellations appear in a single report.
performance reportFrom the warehouse to the dealer, at the pace of wholesale
B2B delivery is a different job from B2C: pallets, cartons, labels, waybill and invoice must all be ready at once. HaROS WMS manages wholesale preparation, and HaROS TMS delivers through 21 carrier integrations.
- Pallet and carton preparation — bulk picking and packing in WMS, with handheld terminals and barcode verification
- Carton label and dispatch document — printed automatically per dealer address
- e-Invoice and e-Waybill — issued together with the shipment and passed to the accounting system
- Carrier selection — the TMS rule engine picks the most suitable carrier by order volume and region
- Dealer delivery tracking — shipment status is delivered to the dealer via portal or notification
- B2B returns — return waybill, inspection and stock re-intake in the same flow
As your dealer network grows, let your rules carry you
Dealers, wholesalers and chain customers each have a different limit, price list and order rule. HaROS manages all of them from one point, bound to rules.
Limit, price list, campaign and payment terms are defined separately for each dealer and applied automatically on every order.
Minimum order, carton and pallet breakdown and volume discount are checked at order time.
Average efficiency gain in teams that digitize wholesale order and approval processes in HaROS.
B2B orders processed through ATP and the approval flow instead of manual entry have fewer operational errors.
B2B Fulfillment runs on top of the HaROS core
Promisable stock comes from Fulfillment, warehouse preparation from WMS, delivery from TMS and the order record from OMS. Because they all use the same data layer, you do not need to build separate integrations between modules.

Are pending orders included in the ATP calculation?
Yes. The ATP engine calculates physical stock, reservations that are approved but not yet fulfilled, and expected goods receipts together. The result is not an estimate; it is the quantity that can really be delivered.
Can different price lists be applied to different dealers?
Yes. Multiple price lists can be defined for each dealer profile; campaign, volume discount and payment-term rules are applied automatically. The sales rep does not need to step in.
Can a B2B order be delivered in part?
Yes. When a partial commitment is given, the order is split: available stock ships immediately and the rest is completed with incoming goods. A separate waybill and e-Invoice are issued for each shipment.
How are dealer return requests managed?
The dealer opens a return request through the portal or EDI; the system assigns an RMA number. When the goods reach the warehouse they are inspected in WMS and returned to the relevant stock pool. The return invoice is issued automatically.
Is the entire wholesale order and delivery process managed in HaROS?
Yes. Delivery commitment, dealer approval, warehouse preparation, shipping and invoicing all run end to end in HaROS. You do not need to sync data with a separate system.
Does it integrate with our existing wholesale order software?
Yes. HaROS works with your existing wholesale order software or dealer portal through API and EDI. The transition is planned in stages; your existing processes continue without interruption.
