Discovery & integration
The process map is drawn up, the ERP connection is established, and product and stock data is transferred to HaROS.
First module setup & testing
The first module (usually WMS) is set up and tested. The field team is trained.

A pilot runs at a single warehouse or store, and the first orders start flowing. Marketplace, shipping and payment connections are opened; results are validated.
Rollout and close support
