Manage your dealer network with a rule-based order system
Dealer-specific price lists and discount tiers, carton/pallet-based order checks, minimum order rules, credit limit control and a dealer order portal work on one platform. You manage B2B and B2C stock from the same pool.
Six problems wholesale teams face every day
Wholesale teams deal with these problems every day. HaROS puts each one under a rule.
Dealer-specific price and discount chaos
When price lists, volume discounts and campaign rules per dealer are managed in Excel, inconsistencies and invoice disputes increase.
price list · discountCarton/pallet-based order errors
A dealer writes "150 units" but the system does not see the carton breakdown. The result is short or excess preparation, returns and delays. Errors keep repeating while multiple units of measure are managed by hand.
carton · pallet · unitMinimum order rules are tracked by hand
If minimum order quantity (MOQ) lives in the sales rep's memory, orders below the lower limit get into the system and are cancelled later. The dealer experience suffers.
MOQ · rule engineCredit limit overrun risk
Entering an order above the credit limit and cancelling it later strains both the dealer relationship and the operation. No warning comes as the limit approaches, and work stops when it is exceeded.
credit limit · open accountB2B and B2C stock conflict
If separate stock pools are kept for wholesale and retail channels, one channel cannot see the other's reserve; stock appears "unavailable" for an urgent B2B order while it exists, or the other way around.
single stock poolDealer orders stay in phone calls and Excel
When a dealer orders by phone, e-mail or Excel, the sales rep keys the data into the system by hand. The risk of delay, loss and error returns with every order.
dealer portalThe dealer enters the order, you approve
In the HaROS dealer portal, the dealer places orders with their own price list, carton breakdown and credit limit. The sales rep does not need to step in.
- When the dealer logs in, their own price list and discount tier become active automatically
- The carton/pallet breakdown is shown on the order screen, with an instant minimum order warning
- The credit limit balance is visible; a warning is triggered before an overrun risk arises
- The order is sent for approval; the approval flow and notification run in the system
- Shipping status and delivery tracking are visible to the dealer through the portal

Which HaROS modules does wholesale work with?
Fulfillment is at the center of wholesale operations; OMS and PIM work together with it.
Fulfillment & B2B
Multi-brand warehouse operations and order fulfillment: stock pool, ATP (Available to Promise) calculation, carton/pallet preparation, dispatch document and dealer delivery tracking. For B2B-specific flows, see the B2B Fulfillment page.
HaROS OMS — Rule Engine
You define dealer-specific price list, discount tier, minimum order and credit limit rules once in OMS; they are applied automatically on every order. The approval flow and portal access are also managed from OMS.
HaROS PIM — Product Information Management
The product catalog offered to dealers, technical specifications and wholesale price lists are managed from PIM. The product content, images and carton information shown in the B2B portal are fed from a single source.

Frequently asked questions
Does HaROS manage the current account and e-invoice?
In part. HaROS is not an accounting or ERP system. The current account balance and invoice issuing stay in your ERP (e.g. Logo, SAP, Mikro). HaROS takes the credit limit from the ERP and checks it at order time. If the limit is exceeded, it sends the order for approval or raises a warning. After shipping, the invoice information is passed to your ERP.
Can different price lists and discount tiers be applied to different dealers?
Yes. You can define multiple price lists, volume discounts and campaign rules for each dealer. When the dealer logs in, their own price list becomes active automatically. You make price updates from a single place and they reflect on all dealers instantly.
How are minimum order quantity (MOQ) and carton breakdown rules defined?
You define MOQ and carton/pallet rules in OMS per product and dealer. If the dealer selects a quantity below the minimum, a warning appears on screen and the order does not go to approval without correction. This way, no order is created that is cancelled later.
Are B2B and B2C orders fulfilled from the same stock pool?
Yes. B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled from the same stock pool. If you wish, you can separate stock by channel or set priority rules. For example, you can keep a B2B reserve for certain SKUs and open the rest to B2C.
Where can I see industry-specific customer references?
On the Customers page you can browse the brands using HaROS by industry. For companies that manage their own brand alongside a dealer network, consumer goods customers are a close example.
